A daily television news broadcast will not be cheap. Our estimates are that it will cost about $10 million the first year to put our daily news show on the air and over the Internet five days a week. Advertising revenue will eventually pick up most (and perhaps all) of that, but to launch we need to raise as much of our first year's total as we can right away. While we are planning to raise funds from advertising and direct sales as well, an average donation of $100 from 100,000 people would reach our goal of $10 million, enough to fund our project for an entire year all by itself!.

We need to get this news program going as quickly as possible, and a donation model can help us get there much quicker and much, much less expensively. It will also effectively eliminate Securities and Exchange Commission regulation of the venture. That's why your donation will be just that and nothing more...and it will be greatly appreciated!
